Our family has been raising top quality Longhorns for 21 years. Many of the cows listed are products of a planned breeding program cincentrating on the total package of Horns, Conformation and Color. We would not be selling them if it were not for health conditions that have arisen. We are located 4 miles west of Tekamah, NE. Contact us by phone: 402-374-2348 or email: Longhorns@huntel.net

HERD SIRES
BARNARD'S BIG RED
4/01/2001
Sire: Texas Cowcatcher
Dam: Fandango's Husker (Fanny)
Solid colored bull, so dark burgundy that he looks black and does not have a white hair on him. His sire was the great Texas Cowcatcher and his Dam was one of the best cows we ever owned producing many champion heifers as she was herself. He is pictured in pasture condition as a 2 year old and has grown a lot and horns appear to be twisting one more time. He throws brown and black calves not matter what color the cow. We only used him on a couple of cows this past year.
He is not for sale at this time.

DENALI
3-30-1997
Sire: Red Baron 555
Dam: Lillehammer
This bull goes back to Zigfield on the top side and Sidekick on the bottom side. His dam is a black and white deep bodied cow with a frost face and herself a Champion now owned by Delwin and Vicki Smeal.
Denali has probably this best conformation of any bull in the breed, is black with a frosty face and speckles on his rear.He throws a variety of colors in his offspring. We leased him this past season and so none of our cows are carrying his service this year.
Priced at $2200
